Before coming to Canada, Wen liu was a senior lawyer at Commerce & Finance Law offices which is one of the top-tier Chinese national law firms and legal manger at PwC Legal China. She helped leading companies in their industries with their corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, IPO and tax matters. After receiving her Juris Doctor degree from Dalhousie university, Wen Liu worked at a leading business law firm in downtown Vancouver to assist Chinese clients with their legal needs. Wen Liu decided to start her own firm in year 2021.
